Return Process

  Contact our support team within 30 days of delivery with your order number and reason for return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).

  Prepare for Shipping

  Disassemble the equipment and pack all components securely in the original packaging, ensuring all bolts, pins, and accessories are included.

  Ship the Product

  Affix the provided shipping label to the boxes and drop them off at an authorized carrier location or schedule a freight pickup for heavy-duty power racks.

  Inspection and Refund

  Once our warehouse team inspects the equipment for quality assurance, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
